Nestled in the heart of Stockton's esteemed Bours Park neighborhood, also affectionately known as "Doctors' Row," this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Craftsman-style home offers both comfort and convenience.

As you step inside, you'll immediately appreciate the craftsmanship of this charming residence. The interior boasts stunning woodwork, reflecting the classic elegance of Craftsman architecture. The warm and inviting atmosphere sets the stage for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The family room provides a gorgeous space for conversation and relaxation by the fireplace. The daily news or Sunday game can be enjoyed on the 55" smart TV with surround sound. Settle in for your favorite movie with a comfy blanket and a snack from our complementary snack bar.

With three spacious bedrooms, there's ample room to unwind and rest at the end of the day. The two downstairs bedrooms are furnished with California King beds. The upstairs bedroom can be configured as either a California King or two Twin XL beds. We use comfy Zinus memory foam mattresses for all of our beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, free standing oscillating fans, sleep machines, and blackout shades to help ensure a restful environment. Each bedroom includes a smart TV for your private enjoyment. The home's thoughtful layout ensures privacy and comfort for all occupants, making it perfect for both individuals and small groups.

The kitchen has been beautifully updated with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and all stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has been supplied with all you will need to make a gourmet meal, lunch for tomorrow, or breakfast on the run. Ample counterspace and an open design make meal preparation a delight. Meals can be enjoyed at the kitchen countertop seating or in the elegant dining room.

Work up a sweat in our fitness center. Our in-house gym provides a great place to work off those calories or tone those muscles. Get a full body workout on the weight machine or knock out 5000m on the rowing machine.

One of the standout features of this home is its outdoor seating areas. There are roof top decks in both the front and back, as well as a tranquil patio in the manicured backyard. These serene outdoor spaces provide the perfect retreat for unwinding, sipping a cup of coffee in the morning, or stargazing at night. The Bours Park neighborhood was often called Doctors Row. Because of the proximity to local hospitals and the splendid homes, many local doctors made this neighborhood their residence. Bours Park retains its charm today. In the mornings and evenings, you will see neighbors walking their dogs and keeping an eye on things. Most have been here for decades and know each other by name. Enjoy the fabulous Miracle Mile for dining and shopping less than a mile away. The Stockton Arena and Ballpark are also near.
